It is time to address the topic of whether toy guns look to real. Should toy makers take a more active role in making kids guns look more like toys so they cannot be mistaken for a real gun, do you think it is possible for some one to commit a crime such as home invasion or a robbery using a child's toy.
I have personally seen some play guns that look as real or more real that the actual thing. Have you ever heard, or read about a child or any other person being shot or killed because they were pointing a fake gun at police or someone else ,or committing or attempting to commit a crime with one. Do you think there is a need for legislation requiring toy company's to make children's toy guns easy to distinguish from the real thing. If someone is wrongfully injured as a result of these toys looking to real should the company's that build them be legally responsible to the parties that were wrongfully injured. The police, should they be required to complete courses to spot some of these fake toys so that an accidental shooting of a child or some one mental unfit, or should the company be more responsible when making these toys look to real in the first place. These toys are truly to realistic and need be modified to look like actual toy.
Children everywhere are exposed to injure, and wrongfully accused of things they are not responsible for, when the toy industries maybe the ones punished. Toys such as these can set a bad example for children everywhere. If kids use such realistic toys as children will they be influenced to use real guns and cause trouble as they get older. Some toy companies could possibly be responsible for some criminals today. these toys look so realistic that kids could get confuse and not know the difference between a real gun and a toy one.
